Email contact@attest.health for account access, billing, product issues, and workflow questions. We prioritize account lockouts, security-sensitive reports, and issues that block active clinical documentation.

Before sending screenshots or examples

Please remove patient identifiers unless your organization has a signed BAA with attest and support has asked for a specific example through an approved channel. Useful non-PHI context includes browser, device, URL, time of issue, model or workflow selected, and a short description of what you expected to happen.
